Two thematic courses of 16 hours each, dedicated to the in-depth study of astrophysical research topics currently taught in the Department. The course is led by specialists from national and international institutes.
The aim of the courses is to provide PhD students with professional knowledge of the various fields of astrophysical research in addition to their job-specific knowledge.
Courses in the second year will cover topics related to (a) Extragalactic magnetic fields and nonthermal components, (b) Cosmology, clusters of galaxies.
