Learning outcomes: The course aims at providing an overview of some approaches and research methods used in Physics Education Research. The lectures will provide: introduction to research methods, including activities related to arguing and writing in the field; both theoretical perspectives on research methodologies (e.g. Grounded Theory, Design Based Research) and hands-on applications on real data (e.g. analysis of data through thematic and micro-genetic analyses).
