PhD Programme

The duration of the PhD in Physics is 3 years. Admissions are via an entry exam and selected candidates receive a scholarship to cover their living expenses. PhD students attend advanced courses and participate to workshops, conferences and PhD schools. Under the guidance of a personal supervisor, the PhD students learn how to carry on research at international level which leads to the writing up of a PhD thesis. The PhD programme is completed successfully after passing a final oral exam.
