By the second year of the PhD, subject to approval by the Academic board, PhD students complete their training pathway by attending optional teaching activities that are consistent with the research project.
The activities are offered by the four departments that promote the programme and make it possible to deepen specialist skills in the different disciplinary fields:
The PhD promotes workshops and discussion sessions organised by the P-GOMAP community, where PhD students, professors and experts share research, experiences and perspectives on governance, management and public policy topics.
Transferable skills programmes offer the opportunity to broaden one’s skills beyond the disciplinary field, providing valuable resources to effectively tackle academic and professional challenges. The courses focus on developing communication, organisational and management skills, enhancing research capabilities, and preparing candidates for a strong and flexible career path.
