Tentative title: Beyond the artifice: the literary figures of the possible. Semantic Web methodologies and technologies for a formal model of «à contrainte» literature
Description:
Potential Literature is an experimental genre that emerged in the late 20th century, thanks to the French group OuLiPo. The group aims to explore text production through highly restrictive rules (contraintes). Specifically, this research project seeks to develop a formal model to describe the constraints used in potential literature by leveraging Semantic Web methodologies and technologies. The analysis focuses on the texts of OpLePo, the Italian counterpart of OuLiPo, with the goal of developing a formal representation that can be applied to, and/or extended to, other works and literary contexts within this genre.

Tentative title: Authorial Digital Archives and Forensic Technologies: The Case of the Franco Fortini Archive
Description:
The project aims to address the specific characteristics of born-digital literary archives through the use of forensic methods. The primary case study of the research is the hybrid archive of Franco Fortini. The collection, preserved at the University of Siena, includes paper materials and floppy disks containing backup copies from Fortini’s last computer. The forensic analysis of the digital content aims to understand the investigative methods of authorial philology as applied to the digital context

Bolognese Foodways from the late 20th century to the 21st century: Create a digital museum of the culinary heritage of Bologna with an oral history approach in families and restaurants
Description: In this research, I reveal the dynamism of culinary culture of Bologna from the late 20th century to the 21st century with an oral history approach through interviews in 100 families and restaurants and establish the original methodologies of oral history in culinary culture with actual cooking. As a fruit of research, I create a digital museum where the actual dishes they cook in the interviews are exhibited in 3D models.

Tentative title: New research hypotheses for the description and analysis of scribal hands in the digital environment: the case study of the female scriptorium of Corpus Domini monastery in Bologna (15th-16th centuries)
Description:
The research proposes the elaboration of a description model for scribal hands in the digital environment through the case study of a cultural fund (15th-16th centuries) from the female monastery of Corpus Domini in Bologna, composed of sources varied in typology, form and content and characterised by the presence of numerous scribes. The model aims to go beyond the descriptive approach traditionally anchored to the single source, to instead enhance the profiles of the scribes, harmonising descriptive traditions that belong to different domains of knowledge. The tools offered by DH for scribal hands recognition are also explored.

Tentative title: Intersections between cultural domains. Spatio-temporal itineraries of the archiveal creators between archives and libraries
Description:
The project aims to propose an ontology for the description of complex creators of archives, that could use and comprehend also Linked Open Data model from different cultural domains, i.e. archives and libraries. Creators should be persons, as ISAAR (CPF) describes. The starting point is Records in Contexts (RIC) Ontology and its application to case studies, with different levels of complexity, together with other ontologies for different fields.
