The PhD course in European Law is a course of study of high scientific qualification with a strong international connotation, divided into two curricula, each of which covers a plurality of themes about the European Law and its application. In particular, there is a curriculum in European Union Law, and one in European Market Law. The PhD course aims to train scholars with a thorough and deep knowledge of European economic and legal issues.

The activity of the Centre of High Studies is mainly aimed at the analysis and study of the public and private regulatory system relating to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
The Centre has the specific aim of promoting the implementation of research programmes and scientific-cultural in-depth study.
