Admission requirements and selection procedure

APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION
In order to apply for the PhD course candidates must:

  • login on Studenti Online;
  • click on "Application for Admission" and follow the guided procedure, which also requires payment of the admission fee of €5 through the PagoPA system. Failure to pay will not allow the application to be sent.
  • complete the first part of the application, to access the document upload section (it will be possible to access the application several times to supplement it, until the final submission);
  • Please attach the documents, as specified in the table below, in pdf format. It is not possible to supplement the documents attached to the application after the deadline. After the applicant has entered all the information and compulsory attachments on Studenti Online, the file will display the status: "Request completed. You can now proceed to submit the application';
  • after completing the application and attaching the required documents from the PhD form, click on "Send Application". Applications that have not been sent by the deadline will not be accepted for selection. After sending the request, the file will enter the status: "Request sent: the request was successfully sent". No communication will be sent to applicants by e-mail about the successful submission of the application.
  • After the deadline for the call, the submitted applications will be forwarded to the Selection Board and the system will indicate the status: 'Application verified'.
