Cesena

Cesena is at the south of Ravenna and west of Rimini. It is at the foot of the Apennines, and about 15 kilometres (9 miles) from the Adriatic Sea.

    In the middle of the square there stands the Fontana del Masini. On the southern side there stands the Palazzo Comunale. Next to the Palazzo Comunale there are Loggetta Veneziana and Rocchetta di Piazza, built in the 15th century.

  • Rocca Malatestiana

    The Rocca Malatestiana (Malatestian Stronghold) is a fortress built to defend Cesena. Now it hosts cultural events.
