Cecilia Di Florio, third-year LAST-JD PhD student, wins the Institute of Advanced Studies (ISA) Doctoral Prize for her project on logic-based models for verification of machine learning algorithms used in predictive justice. The prize, awarded to ten PhD students, recognises the interdisciplinary approach and the potential societal impact of Cecilia's research.
