- Applicants must submit an ISEE certificate for benefits supporting the right to higher education up to €20,000.00.

PLEASE NOTE: Detailed instructions on how to submit the ISEE certificate are provided in Art. 3.

 - The self-certification form on the status of non-resident student attached hereto must be filled out, signed and attached to the application, subject to exclusion from the call.
