Scientific programming in Python: an introduction for bioengineers

ASBTRACT

The course aims at introducing Python for solving biomedical engineering problems. A first part of the course will give students a basic knowledge of Python and the most relevant libraries. A second part of the course will show how to exploit Python functionalities and libraries for solving problems related to bioimages, models of biological systems, processing of kinematics and electrophysiological signals (e.g., EMG/EEG). It is strongly suggested to attend the course in person.
