The P-GOMAP PhD Program

The PhD in Public Governance, Management and Policy (P-GOMAP) was created as a three-year research, training and improvement course aimed at both future academics and managers public and in which the different skills necessary for government strategies and the definition of policies and managerial management of the public structures of the future. In particular, it proposes to address the research themes of public governance, management, and policy with a solid interdisciplinary scientific approach that reflects the specializations of the four departments jointly developing the educational program: 

  • Department of Political and Social Sciences (SPS) for the Public Governance area, 
  • Department of Management (DISA) for the Public Management area, 
  • Department of Economics (DSE) for the Public Policy area and qualitative methodology, 
  • Department of Statistics "Paolo Fortunati" (STAT), for applied quantitative analysis.
