The Ph.D. programme offers mandatory and elective courses and workshops either open to Ph.D students of both tracks or specifically crafted around each track's subject areas

The Ph.D. programme offers courses in several subject areas, such as organization theory, strategic management, corporate finance, research methods, social network analysis, marketing, and innovation management. 

Students are encouraged to pursue a personalized curriculum by choosing courses from a wide range of options under the close supervision of distinguished scholars at the Department of Management.

Throughout their Ph.D. journey, students must attend research seminars delivered by external and departmental scholars and present their own research (e.g., the proposal and outcomes of their Ph.D. thesis) within departmental research seminars.

The Ph.D. programme also offers courses and workshops that help students learn how to navigate the review process required by top international journals, make their academic writing more effective, and use and leverage specific qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
