Ph.D. students are required to attend all DiSA and "My Cup Of Tea" seminars and are encouraged to attend further external seminars aligning with their research interests throughout their Ph.D. journey

DiSA RESEARCH SEMINARS

The Department of Management (DiSA) offers research seminars with external and departmental scholars almost weekly, allowing Ph.D. students to meet and learn from top scholars from different fields.

"MY CUP OF TEA" SEMINARS

The "My Cup of Tea" seminars started in January 2018 with the explicit aim of connecting DiSA faculty members with Ph.D. students of all cycles.

During the "My Cup of Tea" seminars, faculty members share and discuss a working paper, an ongoing research project, or their whole research journey with the Ph.D. students to provide insight on how to develop a strong publication pipeline, engage with top scholars, and grow professionally in today's academia.

The schedule for the 2025 edition of the "My Cup of Tea" seminars is as follows (Via Capo di Lucca 34, Seminar Room 1, 12:30-1:30 p.m.):

"ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN MANAGEMENT" RESEARCH SEMINARS

The Alma Mater Research Institute for Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence offers the "Artificial Intelligence in Management" research seminars.

These research seminars delve into the role of artificial intelligence in management research and allow Ph.D. students to meet and learn from top international scholars studying artificial intelligence from different conceptual and empirical perspectives.
