Fill out the online form. You will receive back the authorization signed by the Coordinator to be sent to aform.udottricerca@unibo.it for the extension of the insurance coverage and the request for an increase in the scholarship.
In case of urgent requests it is also necessary to write to mat.dottorato@unibo.it
Travel between Bologna and the foreign destination must fall within the authorised period.
