For insurance reasons, it is necessary to request authorization from the Board and the Director for any type of business trip outside Unibo, even for a single day and even if no refund of expenses is provided.
First, at least 10 working days before the trip, the PhD student must fill out this form to request authorization from the Board: https://forms.office.com/e/ySBe8BBH1g
Exceptionally, if it is not possible to meet the required deadlines due to research/service needs, the urgency must be reported by personal email to the Coordinator.
Once the response has been received from the Coordinator, the PhD student must also fill out the request on U-Web Missioni, entering the following phrase in the Notes field: “Authorized by the Coordinator of the PhD Program in Veterinary Sciences on [indicate the date of the Coordinator's response to the Forms form].”
If refund of expenses is expected, the owner and exact name of the funds (acronym) must be indicated on Missioni web, to be requested in advance from the administration at benedetta.dagostino@unibo.it and monica.mengoli@unibo.it (always copying in your Supervisor).
Once the trip is over, in order to obtain reimbursement of expenses, it will be necessary to upload PDF scans of all documents (tax receipts, receipts, certificate of participation, etc.) to U-Web Missioni.
Please note that membership fees are non-refundable.
