Declaration of passed examination: to be used in case a master/bachelor course is followed and its final examination is successfully sustained; this form has to be completed and signed by the professor holding the course.
Attendance signatures for courses without final examination: to be used in case a master/bachelor course is followed and the final examination is not sustained; the form has to be completed in all its parts and attendance signatures have to be collected from the professor holding the course.
Attendance signatures for seminars: this form will be available at the end of each DIMSAI seminar and attending PhD students will be asked to sign it.
PhD_DIN_form_X_year: to be used as templates of the scientific and training report at the end of each year. Please note that forms referring to different years are slightly different from each other.
Research stay abroad - request to PhD board: to be used to request the authorization to stay abroad for long periods of time, from a few weeks to several months.
Nulla osta per attività di tutorato: to be used to request the authorization to perform tutoring activities in university courses.
Autorizzazione attività retribuita: to be used to request the authorization to perform paid activities.
