The second edition of the "Symposium on Acoustic Metamaterials” (SAM) will take place from 9th to 11th October 2019 in Ischia (Italy) and was organised by YRAM (Young Researchers in Acoustic Metamaterials), COST Action DENORMS CA 15125 and the University of Salerno. DENORMS (Designs for Noise Reducing Materials and Structures) action gathers participants from 28 countries around one common goal, designing multifunctional, light and compact noise reducing treatments. The action is funded by the European Cooperation in Science and Technology (COST), CA15125.
