Please follow the instructions below.

Before starting

1. Collect the supervisor approval and the invitation letter by the research institute or industry
2. Submit your authorization request HERE.

Further information about the 30% or 50% increase of the PhD Scholarship for spending a research period abroad is available on the UNIBO Intranet and in the PhD Handbook.

During the stay

If you are planning to prolong your stay, you need the PhD Board authorization. Fill out the specific request form and submit it to dei-phd-etit@unibo.it.

Once the interniship is over

Submit your credit validation request. Fill out the specific request form in the box below and submit it to dei-phd-etit@unibo.it together with the evaluation letter.
