The Covid-19 Pandemic has accelerated digitalization in economy and society. Cities have been locked down for weeks and forced the local economy to adapt to new habits of production, services and consumption. Planners have to explore how cities and regions have to adapt to new conditions in inner cities, in suburban and in rural regions. They have to document the changes and explore ways and means to adapt cities and city governments.
