This workshop will provide a multidisciplinary discussion about topics related to
the interrelation and combination of human and natural systems in the context of
projects, plans and programmes.
Scholars are invited to present their latest findings on the subject of evaluation
approaches with a focus on urban and regional development, territorial
regeneration and transformation, ecosystem services, sustainable and resilient
development.

The conference will be held at the University of Minho, Braga (Portugal) from June 30 to July 3, 2026, in blended mode (online participation is also possible).
The workshop aims to stimulate a multidisciplinary debate on the role of assessment in managing the challenges arising from the interaction and coexistence of human capital and natural capital in the context of projects, plans, and projects (the workshop call is attached).
Submitted and accepted papers will be published in a volume of the Springer "Lecture Notes in Computer Science" series, indexed by Scopus.
