The summer school, organized within the Una Europa framework and hosted by the University of Bologna, aims at involving and engaging PhD students from different countries and different scientific backgrounds in relation to the themes of sustainability communication and education. The school will offer lectures, workshops and field trips given by the teaching staff from select universities of the Una Europa network (University of Bologna, FU Berlin, UC Dublin, University of Helsinki, KU Leuven, Complutense University of Madrid). With a transdisciplinary approach and focus on the improvement of soft skills, the main goals of the summer school are the strengthening of a critical, theoretical framework regarding the concept of sustainability and the development of strategies and capabilities related to sustainability education and communication.

Application opens from March 15th 2024 on.
