Seminars on alterations of ribosome biogenesis and ribosomes in human diseases

1st year - 1 credit

Learning objectives

The aim of the course is to provide students with knowledge on the general mechanisms of ribosome biogenesis and how this can be de-regulated in cancer and ribosomopathies. In addition, the course will focus on different sources of ribosome heterogeneity, and how these can be studied under a structural and functional standpoint in many pathological contexts.
