Seminars on infectious and inflammatory osteoarticular pathology

Learning Objectives

To understand the potential of implant biomaterials and their favorable and pathological interactions at the interface with cells and tissues. To understand how and why inflammation shifts from defensive response to disease. To understand the pathological implications of chronic septic (focusing on implant infection) and aseptic inflammation and to learn about therapeutic innovations.
