Scholarships
Each year, the university establishes the number of scholarships funded by the University of Bologna published annually on the PhD course page.
In addition to the number of scholarships funded by the University of Bologna, the student can access the course with other funding methods.
Type of additional positions that can be activated for the PhD course
- Scholarships funded with departmental funds.
- Scholarships financed with research funds from professors. Positions can have a constrained theme.
- Scholarships financed with research funds of teachers through annual research grant, renewable.
- Scholarships financed by organizations and companies (external financiers).
- Scholarships funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
- Scholarships funded by foreign governments and institutions.
- Positions without scholarship. These scholarships can reach up to a maximum of 25% of the total number of positions per year. The PhD student should receive equivalent funding (eg check, AOSP grant, IRCCS researchers, AOSP staff). Positions can have a constrained theme.
