TRAINING RULES - 40th PHD Cycle

From the 40th Cycle the PhD students' activities are quantified in Doctoral Credits (DCs).

 

The total number of Doctoral credits to be earned at the end of the 3 years PhD program is 180, of which:

  • 40 Doctoral credits for Training and teaching activities
  • 140 Doctoral credits for Research activities

 

The PhD students, in agreement with their supervisors and co-supervisors, flexibly define their specific training and research paths, choosing the activities to carry out, by type and quantity, in compliance with the constraints established by the PhD board for each activity and of course year.
