Public Management Seminars - Stephen Osborne

Stephen Orborne’s research focuses on the role of the third sector in public service delivery, co-production, innovation and reform in public services, and more recently on the development of New Public Governance and Public Service Logic. This work has helped shift public management theory from a product-dominant logic to one that addresses the distinct challenges of managing public services. He is the Founding and current Editor of the ABS 4* journal Public Management Review, and the founder and Immediate Past-President of the International Research Society for Public Management (IRSPM).
